Nine My Room Telethon raises $1,253,956!
Last night we raised an incredible $1,253,956 at the 2019 Nine My Room Telethon to help beat childhood cancer!
Eddie McGuire hosted an amazing show with Shane Crawford and Rebecca Maddern, filled with celebrity interviews, special guest appearances, fun games and fantastic performances.
We were joined by our favourite Channel 9 stars, celebrities and footy players, who generously donated their time to answer the phones.
With your help, we beat our target of raising $1 million! All of the funds raised will be donated directly to My Room – Children’s Cancer Charity to support research, clinical trials, medical equipment, family care and support for children with cancer.
As a beneficiary of My Room, these funds will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and families at the Monash Children’s Hospital Cancer Centre.
