What to do if you’re running late

If you are running late to your child’s appointment, please call us as soon as possible on (03) 8572 3004.

Our Reschedule policy and ‘Did Not Attend’ policy 

If you cannot attend your child’s appointment, please call us as soon as possible on (03) 8572 3004

If you need to reschedule please call us on (03) 8572 3004 and we will do our best to fit you in at another time.

Do I need to pay? 

No, you do not need to pay for your child’s specialist appointment.

Interpreter bookings 

If you require an interpreter, please let us know prior to your child’s appointment by calling us on (03) 8572 3004.

Change of details 

If your phone number, email address or postal address has changed, please let us know via:
